In Japan, helicopters have been deployed mainly for emergency transport, rescues, firefighting, news reports, and coast-guard services. Civilians have seldom had an opportunity to get on board a helicopter until recently. There are now helicopter cruise services that offer flights over cities with scenic beauty, which are quickly attracting couples and tourists. Ken is secretly planning to propose to his girlfriend while on a helicopter cruise looking down on the twinkling city lights. “But what if it rains?” “What if the propellers make so much noise that she can’t hear me?” Being a natural worrier, he cannot stop imagining what could go wrong...
