BUS

バス[BASU]

Buses are popular means of everyday transportation in Japan. In addition to fixed-route buses, there are many types of bus services, including chartered buses, tourist buses that operate on a fixed schedule, expressway buses, and airport buses that connect airports and major train stations. Taro, a high school boy, takes the 7 o’clock bus to school every morning from a bus-stop by the sea. He notices that a short-haired girl is not on the bus this morning. “What happened to her? Is she sick?” he wondered, not yet realizing that this is the beginning of a romance.
