SURFING

サーフィン[SĀFUIN]

Japan has many fine surfing spots along its coastlines. In Japan, surfing can be enjoyed not just in summer but all year round under varying weather conditions. Most surfers are early birds because the waves tend to be nice and tame under the morning breeze. “I used to be a late riser, but ever since I began surfing, I’ve seen a lot of sunrises,” says Ken proudly with his tanned face filled with pride and joy.
