ANCIENT TOMB

古墳[KOFUN]

Megalithic tombs of emperors and aristocrats constructed in ancient Japan between the 3rd and 7th centuries. More than 160,000 kofun have been identified in Japan. Their sizes and shapes (round, square, keyhole-shaped, etc.) vary depending on the region and era. The Daisenryo Kofun in Osaka is the largest kofun in Japan with an area of 470,000 square meters and is often compared to the pyramids in Egypt. Having just heard that many more kofun have yet to be discovered, a boy starts digging his backyard. A great discovery always begins with faith.
