WHISKY WITH SODA(HIGHBALL)

ハイボール[HAIBŌRU]

A simple mixture of soda water and whisky. Whisky used to be considered a drink for well-off middle-aged men. But with the introduction of highball, whisky quickly became a part of the culture of the younger generation. Japanese parties often start with a toast, which is typically done with glasses of beer. Nowadays, the situation is changing, and people can choose whatever drink they like. I for one would go for a highball.
